In the serene foothills of Uttarakhand, Mayank Bhatt, a devoted gurukul student, has achieved the extraordinary by breaking the world record for Vrikshasana (tree pose), holding the position for an astonishing 3 hours and 5 minutes.

Bhatt’s success is rooted in the simple yet rigorous lifestyle of his gurukul, where discipline, spirituality, and physical endurance form the foundation of daily life. With early morning practices, meditation, and a dedication to yoga, Mayank overcame physical and mental challenges to perfect his art.

Amidst lush green mountains and tranquil rivers, Bhatt continues to pursue excellence, breaking barriers while staying true to his roots. Despite his monumental achievement, his story has yet to receive the recognition it deserves.

His inspiring journey is a guiding light for all people aspiring to reach new heights of personal excellence using yoga as a tool. Bhatt’s tale of discipline, devotion, and determination serves to illustrate the power of this discipline while setting down the sacrifices necessary to achieve the unthinkable and push one’s limits beyond the mundane.
